We were more than happy with the apartment, which is extremely well located centrally, but is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The building itself has impressive security. The bathroom has a superbe shower, and the bedrooms are spacious. The furnishings are all of good quality.

We were two couples staying this really nice and spacious apartment located right in the middle of Bordeaux. We couldn't have asked for a better place! The flat was lovely, well decorated, very comfortable, perfectly clean and with everything we needed. Kareen and her team were always helpful and keen to make sure our trip was as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this flat! Perfectly well presented and true to what it is in real!

My wife and our friends had a perfect stay in this wonderful apartment in the center of Bordeaux. With the private parking we always had the choice to either explore the city or take the car to drive to St.Emilion or Arcachon. The pictures of the apartment were so precise that we had a very good imagination before booking. After arrival we found an apartment with a very luxury high standard and every little detail met our expectation. All the attractions shops and restaurants where in walking distance. The flat is so nicely designed an silent, so we always had a good sleep. We will always try to rent one of Kareen Delesalle's flats in Bordeaux when we return to this wonderful city.

This was my first stay in a Bordeaux Autrement's apartment, and was a perfect choice! The photographs are an accurate reflection of the stylish and beautiful furnishings. The flat was spotless and all the linens of high quality. There are plenty of cooking and serving utensils and dishes, although we did not need them as we really enjoyed eating out in Bordeaux. The apartment is near to numerous excellent restaurants and all the main sights. Although being centrally positioned it is quiet and very secure. We were welcomed by our host and helped with booking transport to and from the airport. I can recommend this apartment without any reservation. Thank you so much!

La description de l'appartement et de son environnement, rédigée par les propriétaires, est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est exceptionnel, l'accès à l'appartement, situé au deuxieme étage, est très bien sécurisé.
L'aménagement intérieur, conçu avec beaucoup de goût, concilie l'esthétique, le confort et le fonctionnel. Ici, tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour que le locataire passe un séjour agréable.

Très bel appartement avec parking sécurisé, une propreté et un confort exceptionnels, très bien placé et près de tout, appartement très calme, rien à dire, tout est parfait. A recommander fortement, c'est très rare de trouver quelque chose de mieux à Bordeaux (croyez moi vu le nombre d'appartements visités et vu mes déplacement professionnels sur Bordeaux!) Estuvimos cuatro días en diciembre de 2013. Alquilamos este apartamento que gestiona una empresa turística, Bordeaux Autrement. El apartamento es de construcción reciente, luminoso, en perfecto estado y limpio, con todo lo que uno puede necesitar para una estancia como la nuestra. La cocina es nueva, el agua caliente de la ducha funciona estupendamente y los radiadores (eléctricos) calientan lo necesario. La terraza no la aprovechamos por el frío. El apartamento es silencioso y muy tranquilo. Lo mejor de todo es que está en el centro (a cinco minutos andando de la Allée Tourny), de forma que para visitar Burdeos no exige transporte ni coche. Pero si uno va con coche tiene una estupenda plaza de garaje cerrada y segura, de manera que uno puede incluso coger el coche para una excursión sabiendo que no tendrá sitio para aparcar. Desde luego si uno va con coche hay que tomarlo en consideración, porque los parkings no son baratos en el centro y uno se puede ahorrar entre 20 y 30 euros diarios en parkings. Por su situación y por el parking gana, en mi opinión, las cinco estrellas.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, au calme, donnant sur une cour arborée, parfaitement meublé et équipé et décoré avec goût : rien ne manque!

Pleasant quiet apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. Very close to the old town and walking distance to most things worth seeing in Bordeaux. Bordeaux is a beautiful city but useful information from the Tourist Office is hard to get, certainly in languages other than French. Try to get a Tourist guide before you go to Bordeaux. Many pleasant squares and terrasses. An abundance of good restaurants, also very close to the apartment.

We are from Texas. I have been in Bordeaux in the past July. I know the location and it is very near to the Triangle D'Or so the apartment is very well located: I can say excellent location, near to the Tourism Office and also near to shopping area and also nice restaurants. To visit Bordeaux first you have to check the Bordeaux Tourism website in different languages: French, English, and others languages also. Thru this website you may want to check about the city tours, wine tours. For wine Tour I further recommend Ophorus company: in group or private, very affordable prices...
Nice place. Good location. Quite and safe apartment. Good quality bath towels and bed sheets.
