Long-term rental

Our monthly prices are all expenses inclusive and you can book our apartments easily. When contacting us, please provide your dates, number of bedrooms and any other key information so we can help you in your project. We look forward to hearing from you!

Our agency commission is calculated as follows and is already included in the price of the stay :

  • Seasonal rentals from 1 to 3 months inclusive = 27% of the total amount of the nights (all taxes inclusive)
  • Furnished rental from 3 months and one day to 12 months inclusive = from 300 to 1000 euros per month (all taxes inclusive)

    Please note that our agency's commission is included in the daily or monthly rates paid by tenants.
